In insights, next to reach and impressions, there is a row called profile visits. It counts how many accounts opened your profile page in a period, and it is one of the numbers Instagram uses to judge whether people are interested in you as an account rather than in a single post. A profile that gets visited is a profile the system considers worth showing.
This service adds 13 visits. Each is an account on the network opening the profile page, the same ordinary public action any curious visitor performs. Nothing changes on the profile; the follower count does not move and no notification is sent. The effect is in insights, and in the quiet weight the system puts on your next post.
The target is your username. The account must be public and, to see the result, must be a creator or business account, because personal accounts do not show insights. This is a small signal, best alongside others: a profile getting visits, a post getting reach and a Reel getting views together describe an account people are starting to notice.
