A post that has been up for an hour with two likes tells every new visitor something, fair or not. Instagram shows a fresh post to your followers first and to a wider circle only if the first circle responds, so the first hour decides more than the caption does. This service puts 15 likes on the post you point it at, within that hour if you send early.
The target is a post link that starts with instagram.com/p/. Copy it from the three dots on the post by choosing Copy link, or from the browser address bar. A carousel counts as one post and the likes land on the whole set. If your link starts with instagram.com/reel/, the form will ask you to use the Reels likes service instead.
Likes arrive faster than followers because a like is a tap, not a follow; most batches finish within an hour. They do not touch the comment count, do not push a post into Explore on their own, and are invisible to visitors if you switched on the option to hide like counts; the number still rises in your own view. The post has to be reachable without logging in, which means the account must be public.
